Description
Humagne Blanc (or the wine of new mothers) is a delicate indigenous grape variety that requires a lot of attention. This Humagne comes from a 30-year-old plot above the Pfyn Forest. These vineyards were converted to organic cultivation in 2014 and have since adapted to the new requirements. The wine is subtle and full of character. The nose is initially dominated by the typical aromas of lime blossom, which then quickly give way to Williams pear. On the palate, there is plenty of freshness with a present and well-integrated minerality, followed by lemon notes on the finish.
