The leftovers from Malternative’s beer brewing process were initially intended for animal feed, but since June 2019, they have been upgrading this raw material into a fibre- and protein-rich food for nutrition- and environmentally-conscious rural residents.
The recipe may vary slightly depending on the flour available from local suppliers. As this is a handmade product, there may be differences between batches. The baking, residual flour or format may vary slightly. This is not a defect, but proof of handmade workmanship.
