LEGENDARY CRAFT BEER FROM THE UPPER VALAIS
With an EBC of 32, Dunkle Weizen has a strong amber colour and resembles a classic amber beer in appearance. Its taste differs slightly from that of Helles Weizen. The combination of barley malt, wheat malt and oat flakes gives the beer a subtle malty note and ensures that the alcohol is barely noticeable. Bavarian wheat beer yeast provides the typical banana and clove flavour. Heidnisch Bier’s “Dark Wheat Beer” is perfect for the cold season.
