Description
This Pinot Noir comes from a 30-year-old plot that has been organically farmed since 2014. The wine has a fruity nose (strawberries) with great finesse. On the palate, the wine is fresh, light and beautifully balanced. Ideal as an aperitif, with a vegetarian meal or as an accompaniment to poultry (silver medal, 2016 vintage, Mondial des Pinots. Ranked among the best organic wines in Switzerland by “Vinum”, 2018 and 2020 vintages).
