Belledonne is a biscuit and chocolate factory in the Savoy Alps, born out of the passion of its founder, Bruno Anquetil, for bread, that living material that you shape with your hands and your feelings. The son of a farmer, self-taught and convinced of the benefits of organic farming for the environment and health, but also of the values it conveys, he quickly set up his own organic bakery, which he established in a farmhouse in the middle of the mountains to nourish life…
