A seasonal and regional mix of vegetables and fruit from the Valais – ideal for a week’s worth of shopping for an average household (2-3 people).
Next week (16th – 21th Feb) in the basket:
apples Fuji, pears Bosc, oranges , kiwis, parsnips, celeriac, leeks, carrots, potatoes Azili (waxy), red onions, red cabbage
+ Risotto
~3 kg vegetables
~2 kg fruit
+ 750 g side dish from the Alpenmarkt range
CHF 3.- deposit for box + bag (credit note upon return)

The boxes and bags in our weekly baskets are part of a circular system, washed after each single use by us and Atelier Manus. Our motto: Reusable instead of disposable.
