The remnants from the beer brewing by Malternative were initially intended for animal feed, but since June 2019 they have been evaluating this raw material as a fibre-rich and protein-rich foodstuff for nutritionally – and environmentally conscious country dwellers on.
The recipe may vary slightly depending on the flour available from local suppliers.
As this is a handmade product, there may be differences between batches. The baking, residual flour or format may vary slightly. This is not a defect, but proof of handmade workmanship.
