Typical ingredients include fruit, vegetables and spices, which give it flavours ranging from sweet and sour to hot and spicy. Klaus Leuenberger reinterprets chutney for home cooking, using seasonal ingredients from the region.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 6 weeks.
