With a remarkable result of 115 out of 120 points was “Sweet Simplon” at the Cider World Awards 2023 among almost 100 ciders from all over Europe a gold medal.
Sweet “Simplon” is a subtle blend of three varieties from our orchards (Goldrush, Jonagold and Reinette du Canada).
This cider, with its light bubbles and fruity notes, should be enjoyed chilled. In addition to aperitifs, it also pairs well with fish, a selection of cheeses or as a dessert. The people of Valais even dare to recommend it as an accompaniment to raclette or brisolée.
Sweet Simplon is a natural, unfiltered cider made from pure apple juice, with no concentrate, no added sugar, no colourings and no artificial flavours. Naturally gluten-free and vegan.
