The legend of the wine: A hunter from Valais once encountered a mountain spirit. The spirit showed him a crack in a rock where gold dripped from. Every spring, the hunter was allowed to place a small jug there, which would always be found full in autumn. The hunter was delighted and invested his land in gold. However, his greed for gold grew so great that he walked to the rock in summer to see how much gold had already accumulated. But he was greatly disappointed when he found neither the rock nor the crevice that day. The hunter died a long time ago. However, the old shepherdess said that a few foreign visitors had seen the golden drop again. Only those who are lucky can enjoy this rare drop.
