A seasonal and regional mix of vegetables and fruit from Valais – ideal for a week’s supply in a large household (3-4 people).
In next week’s basket (8–12 September):
Beurré Bosc pears, Resi apples, a grape selection of Chasselas and Muscat Garnier, kohlrabi, pumpkin, Swiss chard, cucumber, carrots, red onions, leeks, seasonal lettuce
+ red lentils
~4 kg vegetables
~3 kg fruit
+ 1 kg side dish from the Alpenmarkt range
CHF 3.- deposit for box + bag (credit note upon return)

The boxes and bags in our weekly baskets are part of a circular system, washed after each single use by us and Atelier Manus. Our motto: Reusable instead of disposable.
*The quantities are guidelines, the decisive factor is the value of the goods. Short-term changes due to availability are possible.
